After working in major city shopping centres and award-winning businesses in the capacity of Supervisor (Security & Cleaning) and Manager (Hospitality & Business), Andrew S. McDonald and Leone V. Fenton formed REALTYCLEANING in 2009.
In this short time, REALTYCLEANING has built an impressive list of clients and provided a diverse range of cleaning and restoration services.
Our Cleaning Professionals always use premium grade products and equipment at every clean. REALTYCLEANING is fully insured and ABN registered with uniformed Staff that are police checked.
PEOPLE / BACKGROUND
REALTYCLEANING Founders, Directors & Operators, Andrew S. McDonald and Leone V. Fenton, have more than 30 years combined experience in cleaning, security, shopping centres, hospitality, customer service and business management. Together, the Directors of REALTYCLEANING continue to provide innovative quality cleaning solutions for all forms of our clients cleaning requirements.
Andrew McDonald offers more than twenty years experience working in busy shopping centres and throughout Major CBD’s. Andrew regularly attended meetings between Centre Management Staff of major shopping centres, Town Mayor, Police Commissioner & Local Senior Police, Members of Council and local Business Owners, to give advice in developing and implementing strategic security/cleaning methods and communications throughout the CBD. Andrew’s Security and Cleaning history is commendable with supporting awards and references and without incident.
Andrew McDonald is an energetic Operator, who is able to contribute his Security awareness and cleaning skills into the development of REALTYCLEANING. Andrew has brought a high level of confidence to our Clients, who are enjoying the benefits of being able to entrust REALTYCLEANING’s security conscious cleaners with their properties and belongings at every clean.
Leone Fenton has worked extensively within various divisions of the Hospitality Industry for over twenty years as well as Office jobs for more than ten years. Being Manager in a busy multi award winning Restaurant for several years, strict cleaning and hygiene levels were always maintained and kept immaculate. Leone contributes her thorough cleaning techniques into the development of
REALTYCLEANING, which, along with Andrew’s dedicated experience has earned this Company a brilliant reputation for being providers of exceptional cleans.
